Strategic Planning for Business Growth

Getting contracts is not growing your business….it’s just that….”getting contracts”. To build a successful business you must invest in various aspects of the business infrastructure to include the adminstrative, financial, operational, technology and business devlopment components.

Successful completion of this course will increase your knowledge and ability to:

• Generate a strategic plan (vision, mission, values, core competencies and key corporate frameworks) that is current, relevant, complete and viable.
• Develop approaches to build or strengthen key corporate frameworks needed to support business growth – Accounting, HR, Marketing/Business Development, Legal, IT and Operations Management
• Develop a quality system for your organization to ensure effective reproducible processes that maximize client satisfaction
• Incorporate customer diversification into growth strategies.
• Evaluate various contract vehicles to increase marketing effectiveness
• Review compliance with regulatory requirements – i.e. HR, Accounting, Contracting, IT, and Quality Systems if applicable

Parking: Participants can park at the Market Square Garage (corner of Walnut and Wall), there will be a charge of $1 an hour for parking.
